• Achieve Premium Growth in 17 of 18 years for Burns Insurance Group.For twenty plus years, Terry was trapped in a coat and tie working for corporate America just waiting to escape…in December of 2003 he did!  His entrepreneurial spirit was unleashed, and The Burns Insurance Group was born.  While the journey to get there was long, the road he traveled helped lead him to the opportunity to become a small business owner and most importantly gave him the ability to put what he had learned working for other companies to work for himself!

Terry grew up in a rural town on the family farm, and at a very young age began working alongside his dad daily.  Terry’s dad was quite the entrepreneur himself.  Besides the farm, the family owned a clothing store, a trucking company, and some real estate.  While working with his dad, Terry realized that hard work and long days were a way of life for small businesspeople.  Terry put forth the same effort and determination when it came to sports, especially baseball.  Undersized, he would just outwork the other kids and developed a competitive spirit that would drive him to win.  Hard work, long days, drive and a competitive spirit are still part of Terry today.

His down-home, common-sense approach for how to treat people, has provided many opportunities over the years for Terry.  He has always had a special talent for taking on new and very challenging projects while getting the job done!  He developed the strategic planning and problem-solving skills needed to meet even the most difficult jobs, while overachieving sales and profit targets on a consistent basis.  Building teams, developing brands, creating sound business plans while establishing strong relationships have been the cornerstones for Terry at each stop along the way. 

Today, Terry is the Leader, Partner, Board member, and Director for several small businesses in the Middle Tennessee area.  His ability to manage ideas / projects from start-up to profitability coupled with making money and bottom-line profits make him one of the top entrepreneurs in the Middle TN area.  

Jay  is a mentor, speaker, author, Real-estate Investor, and founder of ProVest Insurance Group.  He has also coached thousands in the network marketing space for several years. Jay has led a bright and continuously evolving career, winning him many awards. He is passionate about training, coaching, and serving people. He’s made it his life’s goal to make a great impact on the lives of every person he meets - from employees, to strangers. Excellence is in every part of his life, and he feels a sense of responsibility to help others realize the excellence they want to see in theirs.
When Jay is not busy running his businesses, or helping others improve theirs, he can be found sailing the waters of Miami with his wife and three children.

Ximena is an Award winning, Colombian-born actress, model and businesswoman. She has starred in more than 20 TV series and telenovelas. Among her most memorable performances are lead roles in Corazón Valiente, La Fan and Clarita, supporting roles in Days of Our Lives and Queen of the South. 

She took all the skills and dedication in her first career and applied them to the business world and flourished . After taking a break from her acting career to dedicate herself to caring for her children, she has also positioned herself as one of the strongest influencers in the Latin market, with more than 16 million social media followers and campaigns with brands such as Netflix, Neutrogena, Dunkin' Donuts, Huggies, and Universal Studios.   In just 3 short years she has become one of the most successful women  and top income earners in Network Marketing. 

Suhas  is Chief Executive Officer of AmeriPro Health. He is a seasoned business leader in diverse fields such as Health Care, Patient Logistics, Financial Services, Insurance, Hospitality, Government, Real Estate, Strategy Consulting, and Technology. He owns multiple businesses, held several senior Executive positions, and served on prestigious boards.  Suhas has been an Allstate Agency Owner since 2008 and served on Allstate National Advisory Board.  Suhas holds an M.B.A. from Duke University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from George Mason University. He also holds a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.  He is an avid biker and proud father of two daughters. Elder daughter is Junior at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the younger one is Sophmore at Duke University. Suhas’ wife is a practicing physician in the field of Oncology and serves as President of a large Oncology practice. Suhas is active in mountain biking, kayaking, road biking, and enjoys traveling around the world with his family. He supports multiple charity organizations.

Charley launched his first startup at 21 years old, developing Apple-Featured software for the App Store. He took what he learned in the tech world and came back to help his families Allstate business transition to a new generation. Charley built a team that grew the agency from 30 employees to now over 90. Charley has also co-founded a successful e-commerce brand  Via Citrus, that has been featured by Oprah Magazine, Vogue, GQ, The New Yorker, and more. He has his bachelors in Business Management from Stetson University and his Masters in Creative Writing from Columbia University.

Charley lives between Los Angeles and New York City with his 12 year old dog Riggins. In his free time he focuses on volunteer teaching financial literacy to formally incarcerated students, trying to find the absolute best slice of pizza, and learning how to play pickle ball. 

Kirt started with Allstate in 1989 as a scratch agency in Canton, GA. In 1991, he moved his agency to Dunwoody, GA just north of Atlanta. Before becoming an Allstate agent, he ran his parent’s retail shoe stores in Atlanta area. During his 32-year career with Allstate, He won Honor Ring 23 times, National Champions, Chairman’s Conference, Leader’s Forum and Financial Leader many times. He also won Rookie of the Year, Territorial Agent of the Year (twice). 

Kirt has served on the Regional and Georgia Agent advisory boards during his career as well as has spoken at Line Leaders twice about achieving and supporting a good retention ratio.

In August of 2021, Kirt sold his agency to a younger established Allstate agent. His long-term experienced staff have all continued working for the new agent.  

In 2005, the first investment opportunity came up when he heard the owners of the building his office was located in were considering selling the building. He purchased it. In 2013 he invested with 6 others in 13 Arby's francise resturants. they now have 43 locations in Florida, NC and Virginia. in 2016 he invested on a trucking company and also made his first of a few investments in a start up medical device company, called Lucerno Dynamics. Finally, in 2018, he invested in a car wash, California Hand Washwith 2 other partners. 

Currently, Kirt spends his time traveling with his wife of 38 years, sharing time between their Atlanta home and Charleston, SC home as well has spending quality time with his 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
